How To Order and Delivery Information |

Placing an Order:
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Amex.
Your card will be debited in the name of 'Eurocoin Ltd', which is the name that will appear on your card statement.
Click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. You can then continue shopping or choose to checkout. If you wish to remove an item,
click on 'basket' and either remove it or reduce the quantity to zero. Prices shown include VAT.
After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout'
You can enter a separate delivery address, but the invoicing address MUST correspond to the address at which your card is registered - otherwise your bank may
not authorise the transaction, or your order may be delayed whilst security checks are made.
After entering addresses details, you will progress to a secure area on PROTX's (banking system) computer to enter your card details. Please DO NOT hit the
"Back" button after this as the secure connection will be severed and the computer will think you are a hacker!! In this case, you may have to start all over again.
You will see the "Golden Padlock" symbol in your browser while you are on the PROTX server.

Please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
To order by telephone, please call 0870 11 22 33. Please note telephone orders generally take a couple of days longer to deliver than orders placed directly
on this website. Operators can not answer general queries on products or delivery.
Delivery:
Orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
Note: Working day delivery refers to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland Monday - Friday only
An email will be sent when your goods have been dispatched, along with tracking details, so please ensure the email address you enter is accurate. Due to the
increased use of Anti-Spam and Firewall software our email may struggle to get through. If you have not received any email confirming your order or confirmation
of dispatch kindly email process@eurocoin.co.uk
Non-EU country orders may take slightly longer to dispatch to allow for the preparation of courier and customs documentation. EU country orders are generally
delivered within five days from despatch and other International Non-EU country orders are generally delivered within ten days. Sorry, we can not deliver to
BFPO addresses.
Shipping and Handling:
Deliveries are sent by a 48-hour courier service in Great Britain - they do NOT deliver on Saturdays or Bank Holidays. We endeavor to same-day ship any orders
placed and processed before 3pm on a working day. Orders outside this region are sent by Parcelforce. A signature is required upon delivery which can be anytime
from 8:00 am to 5:30pm. You may specify different invoicing and delivery addresses (important: see "ordering" for conditions). We do not use Royal Mail. Use of
Couriers ensures speedy and secure delivery of order.

Note: If you do not select the correct shipping zone, we will hold back your order until full payment for shipping has been received.

We do not profit from the carriage element, only charging at-cost or, in most cases, below.
*These are guideline prices. If your order is bulky or heavy, the couriers may add a surcharge in which case we will contact you for the
difference in cost or the option to cancel. Alternatively, please email for a delivery estimate.
Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we will back-order it for you - that means we'll wait until it is in stock and then send it out. You will always be emailed if a
product is likely to be out of stock for more than a week and given the option to cancel.
Returns:
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please email orders@eurocoin.co.uk *within 12 hours* of placing your order. Non-personalized goods only may also
be returned within seven days of receipt for any reason providing they are in re-saleable condition (you will still need to pay the full carriage costs which may be
more than the carriage element of your order - proof of cost can be provided if necessary). Before returning your goods, please email inquiry@eurocoin.co.uk to obtain
a returns number. Your card will be credited within two days of us receiving the goods to allow us time to inspect them. However, banks sometimes process credits in a
different manner from debits and they may take a time to show on your statement. Your statutory rights are not affected in any way.
